Book therapy, self-learning and ditching the small stuff

I woke up this morning with a real energy that I’d been lacking since New Year’s day. I’ve found it hard to respond positively to the typical ‘new start, new you’, ‘buy this overpriced training gear and you’ll look extra hot in a week’, ‘this book will change your life’ New Year mantras. I’ve found my own, albeit self indulgent, way back to feeling good about the year ahead.

This wasn’t in any way supported by turning to a calendar this morning to check dates in March to find that the page for March isn’t included in this year’s chosen wall calendar (!). Followed by the frustration of trying to book an event online only to have to submit my details and wait for a call back – they still haven’t called. My next minor tribulation was an idea I had about training in image consultancy – links…
